Regarding the sales method on Friday, February 13th

On Friday, February 13th, in order to alleviate congestion and ensure safety, we will be holding a lottery on the day to determine the order of entry.

*The lottery will prioritize customers who already have an MI Card (including MI Card Basic) and customers who have completed a new MI Card application via the URL below.

Regarding the lottery on Friday, February 13th

Customers wishing to participate in the lottery on Friday, February 13th should come to the smoking area on the 1st floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building (location marked with a ★ in the diagram) by 10:05 AM.

Precautions

*Each customer is limited to one item per model, with a maximum of three items per person.
*Only those who participated in the lottery and received a numbered ticket are eligible to purchase. Accompanying persons are not permitted to purchase.
*Please note that due to limited quantities, even if you win the lottery, your desired item may be sold out before you enter the venue.
*If you present your MI Card or the screen showing the completion email for your MI Card online application (screenshots are not accepted) and your identification document at the time of the lottery, you will be eligible to participate in the priority lottery. If you do not have an MI Card, please complete your online application before the lottery begins.
*Please note that if you do not have an MI Card, or if you have not completed your online application for an MI Card by the start time of the lottery, you will not be able to participate in the priority lottery for any reason.
*If you do not have an MI Card, or if you have not completed your online application for an MI Card by the start time of the lottery, a general lottery will be held after the priority lottery has finished.
*If you are late for the lottery, you will be asked to line up at the back of the line of those who participated in the general lottery.
*Please note that the sales method may be changed depending on the queue situation on the day.
