Now that I've set up the environment, here's what I want to tackle next...
I love clothes, so being called a "pervert" is a compliment!

I once had dinner with Kenichi Kusano of Kenneth Field , who was introduced to me by buyer Shibata. Mr. Kusano told me, "Ota, you're a pervert!" (laughs).
In the fashion industry, I consider "eccentric" to be a compliment, and on the 7th floor, there are many eccentrics who are like "living encyclopedias of brands," and in fact, there are some amazing stylists there. I'll be introducing them on this blog, so stay tuned!

The 7th floor, featuring authentic wear , has completed its refresh and reopening , and the "environment" is now in place. While clothing originated in Europe and America, the "mixed coordination" created in Tokyo is now considered fresh from a Western perspective. The 7th floor has become a place where you can see "present-day Tokyo," where tradition and modern heritage coexist. So, what's next? It's "people development."
Our job is to convey the appeal, novelty, and fun of clothing, so we want to increase the number of people who "love clothes, can coordinate outfits properly, and can proudly recommend them." As a sales manager, I want to increase the number of people who can earn praise from customers saying, "You really know what you're doing!"
My ideal is a comfortable floor where stylists and customers who share the same passion for clothes naturally gather, because we, who love clothes, manage and buy the products.
