Customers wishing to make a purchase should come to the staircase next to Wacko Maria on the 6th floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building .
A lottery to determine the order of entry will be held at 10:15 AM. (If you are late for the lottery, you will not be able to participate, regardless of the reason.)
To alleviate congestion, priority will be given to customers who possess their own MI Card (including MI Card Basic) and have linked their MI Card with the Mitsukoshi Isetan app. This will be the starting point for the lottery and entry process.
This includes those who have applied for an MI Card in advance.
