Furthermore, "THE T-SHIRT," the annual T-shirt festival held Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building will take place again this year from Wednesday, May 7th to Tuesday, May 27th at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 1st floor promotion area.

In this special feature, we'll pick out some noteworthy masterpiece T-shirts from the lineup of brands gathered together during the event under the theme of "New Standards for Adult Everyday Wear," and introduce them from three different perspectives.

3. AUXCA. TRUNK

Tailored T-shirts from a long-established brand

AUXCA.TRUNK a brand created by a long-established tailor in Akasaka, Tokyo. They are committed to structured tailoring, much like a suit, and offer T-shirts with a three-dimensional form. Their standard T-shirts use mercerized yarn, made from carefully selected cotton with the surface fuzz removed to enhance its luster. Skilled craftsmen meticulously knit the fabric on a few specialized machines, increasing its density and resulting in a garment that stands out for its superior quality. By employing original patterns based on research into the Japanese physique, the T-shirts can be worn on their own or layered under a jacket for a sophisticated look.
