Passing on timeless masterpieces to the next generation.

Safari, a popular store specializing in high-end leather shoes such as JOHN LOBB ALDEN , as well as classic and select dress clothing, boasts a wide selection of imported goods. Following sales of vintage shoes at the "ISETAN Shoe Expo" in 2019 and 2020 , ISETAN MEN'S responded to customer requests for a permanent display of Safari's products, and began offering them as a permanent feature in February 2021 at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building B1F Men's Shoes. Furthermore, in July, they launched the " ISETAN VINTAGE PROJECT ," which involves buying back customers' used shoes twice a month, with the theme of "passing on shoes that have served their purpose to the next generation."

ISETAN MEN'S and Safari, who have been working to "pass the baton" to the next person for shoes that have served their purpose or cherished classics, have teamed up to release an incredible number of rare vintage shoes! From Wednesday, January 12, 2022, "THE MUSEUM OF VINTAGE SHOES" will open at The Stage on the 1st floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building , immediately to the left after entering through the main entrance.

The shoes to be unveiled at this event range from leather shoes to sneakers, including deadstock items from JOHN LOBB and JM WESTON , rare ALDEN whiskey cordovan shoes, Edward Green 1970s cursive logo shoes with box, early items from the time when Stefano Bemer was still alive, JOHN LOBB 2014 year model, Church's old logo & 73 last, and deadstock Converse 1970s Chuck Taylors with box.
