The highly anticipated 2021 year model "WILLIAM 75" from JOHN LOBB will be released on October 25th (Sunday).
It will be available in limited quantities at the men's shoe section on the first basement floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building .

A 2021 year model befitting the anniversary has arrived!

In 2020, the "WILLIAM" double-buckle shoe, one of John Lobb's iconic models, celebrated its 75th anniversary. Named after the founder's son, William Hunter Lobb, this model was first made as a bespoke shoe in 1945, a style unprecedented in shoemaking at the time. It became available as a ready-to-wear shoe in 1982 and has remained one of John Lobb's most popular models ever since.

This year, marking its anniversary, the brand will be releasing commemorative models in three phases . The final release will be the 2021 year model "WILLIAM 75," which is the first "WILLIAM" model to use whole-cut leather.

This model, while using the 9795 last, features a Chambord double sole with a double sole on the front half, and embodies John Lobb's ultimate craftsmanship with details such as skin stitching, where the stitching is done internally without penetrating the leather, and a hand-stitched "XXI" hand tab representing 2021.

In addition to the newly shaped buckle, the material used is a new material that has been antique-washed by hand by craftsmen. The process involves bleaching and then applying color, so you can enjoy watching the texture change with each polishing.

This time, the men's shoes Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building B1F, will be available in three colors: black, chocolate, and deep blue. In addition, prior to the sale starting on October 25th (Sunday), some samples will be on display in the store from October 14th (Wednesday), so please be sure to check them out.
