My favorite shoe from Fukuda Church's is the "SHANNON," which uses the "103" last, characterized by its voluminous toe. The upper is made of thick polished binder calf leather, which has an elegant sheen and is popular for its water resistance. It combines the substantial feel of a triple sole and storm welt with the delicate touch of hand-stitched skin stitching, showcasing the craftsmanship. The characteristics of British shoes and the design match perfectly, making it a versatile shoe that can be worn with everything from suits to fashionable outfits. I also love the fit.


Tashiro 's "Shannon" model is popular because the tongue is designed like an accordion, allowing for some adjustment to fit the height of the instep. Of these three pairs, it's the most fashion-forward model.
While Tabata 's classic shoes tend to remain relatively unchanged, Church's excels at making subtle changes, elevating their classic designs to even greater status. This is why they are loved by a wide range of generations.
