At the venue, we will be showcasing new pieces commemorating the anniversary, and we will also have special pieces available for pre-order exclusively at Isetan Shinjuku. Please come and experience the world of Breguet in person. This article will provide details about the pieces that are attracting attention at this promotion.

"Type XX 2075"

As the third installment of the 250th anniversary models, we are unveiling two new chronographs, the "Type XX 2075," inspired by pilot watches supplied to the French military in 1955.
Equipped with the "flyback" function, these chronographs pay tribute to four individuals who celebrate human ingenuity and pioneering courage: Abraham-Louis Breguet, the founder of the Maison and the watchmaker after whom the brand is named; Louis-Charles Breguet, the fifth-generation descendant and aircraft manufacturer; and the two aviators, Dieudonné Costa and Maurice Bellon. In 1930, they were the very first people to fly from Paris to New York aboard the Breguet 19TF Supervidon.
In the early 1950s, the French Air Force commissioned Breguet to create a pilot's chronograph wristwatch codenamed "Type 20." From 1952 onward, various models of the "Type 20" for the Air Force and the "Type XX" for civilian use were produced. Drawing inspiration from this history, Breguet introduced the fourth-generation "Type XX" in 2023, forming the current collection. Two new "Type XX 2075" models are now joining this collection.

The movement on the case back features intricate engraving, entirely handcrafted in the Maison's workshops. Depicting the Breguet 19 crossing the Atlantic Ocean, its precise 1930 flight path, and the coastlines of Europe and North America.

The two new models are crafted from Breguet's proprietary "Breguet Gold" alloy, which emits a blonde hue, and feature black aluminum or silver dials, in keeping with the 1955 model. They beautifully reflect the history and spirit of the Maison's technological innovation.

To commemorate its 250th anniversary, the watch case is made of Breguet Gold, a gold alloy developed exclusively by Breguet. The warm, subtle pink hue, which blends tradition and modern style, is inspired by the gold used by 18th-century watchmakers, following in the footsteps of the founder, Abraham-Louis Breguet.

Developed and crafted in the Maison's manufacture, 18-karat Breguet gold is characterized not only by its brilliance but also by its resistance to tarnishing and its stability over time, guaranteeing a pure and elegant finish.

Breguet Gold embodies the Maison's commitment to pushing the boundaries of watchmaking expertise and exceeding established standards. This special anniversary collection symbolizes not only Breguet's unique heritage but also its relentless pursuit of innovation and excellence.

Classic Suspension 2025

With its simple structure and the pure charm of its white enamel dial, this design boasts excellent legibility despite displaying the time with a single hand. More than two centuries ago, this watch was introduced in an unprecedented way through advertising brochures. And now, the historically significant and innovative pocket watch, "Subscription," is reborn as a wristwatch.

The "Subscription Watch," featuring a single hand and launched in 1797, employed a groundbreaking sales method: the subscription system. By receiving a quarter of the price at the time of order, Breguet was able to plan production and pay its craftsmen in advance. This was unprecedented in the world of watchmaking. But that wasn't all; the watch also served as an advertising brochure, which was truly innovative for its time. This new approach allowed Breguet to directly engage with potential customers and fully demonstrate its customer nurturing methods. By not only innovating the wristwatch but also reforming its sales methods, Breguet once again solidified its position as a pioneer in the watch industry. Needless to say, the "Subscription Watch" was a great commercial success and a major turning point in Breguet's history.

The "Subscription 2025" is adorned with a dazzling white grand feu enamel dial, faithfully recreating the spirit of the timepieces once crafted in the workshops of Quai de Lorloge. The perfectly enamel-coated dial symbolizes the refined beauty sought after by master watchmakers. The dial features Breguet hands, all hand-blued, and their tips are adorned with the famous, slightly tilted Breguet numerals.

"Tradition 7035"

The "Tradition 7035" incorporates two symbols that define the "Maison": Breguet gold and Breguet blue. The warm tones of Breguet gold, specially developed for the 250th anniversary, accentuate the entire structure of the movement and highlight the dial adorned with blue grand feu enamel.
The motif chosen for the intricately hand-engraved guilloché dial is the "Quai de l'Orloge" pattern. This beautiful guilloché dial is also adorned in blue with translucent grand feu enamel, echoing the blue of the retrograde seconds hand and screws. The bright Breguet numerals, the lily-shaped minute markers, and the serial number at 4 o'clock harmonize in a circle, standing out clearly against the blue dial.
Inspired by two of Breguet's early pocket watches, the "Subscription Watch" and the "Montres à Tact," which tell time with an entirely simple appearance, the "Tradition" collection, born in 2005, features a unique architectural structure that exposes the gear train and bridges, transforming the movement into a miniature masterpiece. This layout is easily recognizable as being inspired by the watches made by Abraham-Louis Breguet, and allows the wearer to admire the same technical mechanisms that a watchmaker would see when opening the case.

Classic Tourbillon Sideral 7255

Maison Breguet is unveiling the "Classique Tourbillon Sidéral 7255" as the fourth commemorative model for its 250th anniversary. This model, unveiled on June 26, 2025, in homage to June 26, 1801, the date Abraham-Louis Breguet patented the tourbillon, is limited to 50 pieces worldwide.
This new Breguet timepiece, the country's first "flying tourbillon," not only pays homage to the complexity of the mechanism but also celebrates the very origin of the name "tourbillon." The name "Sidéral" is associated with the world of stars, the precision of celestial movements, and time measurement based on the fixed positions of stars rather than the sun.

Maison Breguet created the Mystery complication to further emphasize the mechanism of its flying tourbillon, supported by a lower bridge. Developed by Breguet's watchmakers, the Mystery complication is astonishing to behold. The bridges and base parts of the carriage that normally feature delicate decorations are made of anti-reflective sapphire in this model, and are therefore invisible. The contacts connecting the gear train and the carriage are also invisible, as the contacts, located outside the opening of the tourbillon, are hidden by the dial.

Furthermore, the new dial decoration features aventurine enamel layered over a gold base, a first for Breguet. The deep blue, adorned with scattered copper flakes, pays homage to astronomy and stargazing, reminiscent of stars shining in the heavens.

Each aventurine enamel dial is handcrafted, making each of the 50 "Classic Tourbillon Sidéral 7255" watches a truly unique piece.
