This year's theme is "Synchronization of Astronomy and Watches," and we will be showcasing Isetan-exclusive models and new releases. This festival offers a wide range of ways for visitors to enjoy the world of watches.

Special collaboration event "From Chi. to Watch."

"From Chi. to Watch." is a promotion that explores the deep connection between watches and astronomy, guided by "Chi. -On the Motion of the Earth-," a book depicting the thoughts of people surrounding the establishment of the heliocentric theory. Watches have evolved alongside the development of astronomy. Behind this evolution are the efforts of countless seekers who pursued the truth. We introduce how watches are not merely tools for telling time, but entities that evoke the universe and history, along with timepieces equipped with astronomical mechanisms.

By subscribing to this service, watches purchased at Mitsukoshi Isetan are covered for up to 100,000 yen in repair costs for damage within 5 years, with no deductible, and routine maintenance costs such as overhauls and battery replacements are reduced by 20% (*).
The warranty service can only be purchased at the time of watch purchase. The fee is 5% of the watch price (excluding tax), and for items exceeding 2 million yen (excluding tax), the fee is a flat 100,000 yen.
