Isetan Shinjuku will be hosting its annual watch event, " WATCH COLLECTOR'S WEEK, " from July 3rd (Wed) to July 16th (Tue).
This event, the first since the watch floor reopened on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, is themed "TIME FOR EVERYONE," aiming to allow everyone to enjoy watches. We will be showcasing a wide range of new and limited-edition items that were announced at "Watches & Wonders 2024" held in April of this year.

Mitsukoshi Isetan's own watch warranty service has also been launched!

Launched in March of this year, "ISETAN MITSUKOSHI WATCH GUARANTEE" is a unique watch warranty service offered by Mitsukoshi Isetan that helps customers enjoy their cherished watches purchased at Isetan Shinjuku store for many years to come.
By subscribing to this service, watches purchased at Mitsukoshi Isetan are covered for up to 100,000 yen in repair costs for damage within 5 years, with no deductible, and routine maintenance costs such as overhauls and battery replacements are reduced by 20% (*).
The warranty service can only be purchased at the time of watch purchase. The fee is 5% of the watch price (excluding tax), and for items exceeding 2 million yen (excluding tax), the fee is a flat 100,000 yen.
