How to make a reservation

The following brands will be accepting reservations in-store or by phone starting at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 4th.
Please call 03-3352-1111 (main number) and tell the name of the brand you would like to purchase, addressing the Cosmetics Department on the 1st floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building .

Additionally, during the period below, customers who are Gold members or higher of the Mitsukoshi Isetan Customer Program will be able to make priority reservations through the Mitsukoshi Isetan Remote Shopping App.
