From Thursday, October 12th, the annual perfume festival "Salon de Parfum 2023" will be held on the 6th floor of the main Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building .

The theme for 2023 is "What awaits us beyond is a profound world of fragrance."

Last year marked the 10th anniversary of "Salon de Parfum." The theme for this 11th edition is "Beyond that lies the profound world of fragrance." Deeper and more multifaceted. As a pioneer advocating fragrance culture in Japan, we propose a rich life filled with fragrance to all our customers, regardless of age or gender, from fragrance connoisseurs to those just beginning to experience the world of fragrance.

Nose Shop

Nose Shop is a perfume specialty store that brings together up-and-coming fragrance brands from all over the world, and is well known for its popular "Perfume Gacha®" event where customers randomly receive a mini perfume.
For our first-ever pop-up store, we'll be bringing two brands making their debut in Japan: Baruti and Pierre Guillaume, along with a selection of other popular brands that represent our shop. We'll be bringing you a curated selection of fragrances from around the world. Enjoy our unique lineup that will invite you into the profound world of scent.


FreeShape Milano

FreeShape Milano is a perfume label that was born in Milan in 2019. Its perfumes embody deep, spiritual messages that resonate with the subconscious mind. The brand embodies a desire to celebrate the infinite potential and sensibilities that exist within each individual, transcending gender.
Each fragrance in this collection has its own unique message embedded in its packaging and marble-inspired bottle designs.

We'll be holding special events unique to this period!

LoveSolu's one-day store manager, KENTY, makes a visit.

Perfume influencer KENTY will suggest LoveSoloo items that suit your lifestyle and preferences.

●KENTY: A "perfume influencer" who possesses expert knowledge of perfumes and fragrance products and shares it on social media and in the media. He has a total of 230,000 followers, an overwhelming number for an individual creator in the perfume genre. He holds the qualification of "Fragrance Sales Specialist" and has collaborated with department stores and high-end brands, and has appeared at numerous events.

FreeShape Milano founder visits store

Founders Andrea Gasparotto and Edoardo Francioso will be visiting the store to offer personalized fragrance recommendations to our customers.

● Andrea Gasparotto and Edoardo Francioso: Andrea and Edoardo studied business marketing together at the same university in Milan. After graduation, they traveled across Europe and the Arabian coast to explore entrepreneurial opportunities. During their travels, they became fascinated by the power of scent to touch people's hearts and evoke emotions, leading them to decide to dedicate themselves to creating niche perfumes. They decided to create perfumes with luxurious designs using marble, a famous Italian product, and founded FreeShape Milano in 2019.

Brand founder Spiros Drosopoulos will visit the store and help you choose a fragrance that suits you.

●Spilos Drosopoulos: Founder of the Balti brand. Born in the Netherlands and raised in Greece, he received his education in Germany and has an unusual background as a perfumer, being one of the few self-taught perfumers in the world. He is also a former scholar with a doctorate in neuroscience. He founded Balti in 2015, and it is now sold in more than 80 boutiques worldwide, establishing him as an expert in the world of perfumery.

Brand founder Pierre Gugen will visit the store and help you choose a fragrance that suits you.

● Pierre Guggen: Founder, perfumer, and musician of Orchestra Parfums. Orchestra Parfums was founded in France in 2017 based on the founder's theme that "if we could hear sounds from scents and smell scents from sounds, we could fully appreciate the perfect harmony created by the two arts of music and perfume."

We will be hosting a talk session event with the brand's founder, Spiros Drosopoulos, to commemorate its first launch in Japan.

Orchestra and perfume brand founder's live show in Japan

As a brand whose concept is the fusion of music and fragrance, this event explores the mysteries of scents while accompanied by a flamenco guitar performance, which has also served as the subject matter for the brand's works.

● Matias Berchasdowski is a flamenco guitarist known as "El Mati," and has a jazz background. He has built a flamenco guitar career in Andalusia and around the world for over 20 years. As a central figure in the flamenco scene, he has performed with many top dancers. He is the composer of the flamenco guitar album "Cantos del Posible" and also composes and arranges music for television and film. His album "Manifiesta" has been highly acclaimed worldwide, and he continues to support many guitarists as a skilled professional.

●Momoyo Iwakura: Lived in Europe from a young age. She discovered the charm of modern calligraphy through her own wedding. Afterwards, she studied traditional Copperplate script from masters in Japan and overseas. She specializes in flowing lines and flourishes (decorations), which she calls "sensual calligraphy." She is involved in a wide range of activities, from creating wedding items, brand logos, and shop cards, to holding workshops in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto.

● Mie Sawada runs Calligraphy Days in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. She is a member of the Calligraphers' Guild. She began studying calligraphy at the Japan Calligraphy School in 2004 and worked as an instructor there from 2011 to 2017. She teaches a wide range of calligraphy, from traditional to modern. She is also actively involved in calligraphy work for high-end brands both domestically and internationally, calligraphy services at events, logo creation, and corporate lettering design.
