Regarding admission to A BATHING APE® on Saturday, January 7th

■ Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 6th Floor, Men's Contemporary

*Registration for the entrance lottery has closed.

For those wishing to enter on Saturday, January 7th, please apply for the lottery for entry between 6:00 PM on Tuesday, December 27th and 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 31st.

The lottery will prioritize customers who already have an MI Card, as well as customers who have completed a new MI Card application via the URL below.

■Procedure Flow


• Lottery application deadline: Saturday, December 31st, 10:00 AM

- Lottery results will be displayed from 6:00 PM on Saturday, December 31st.

• Purchase free tickets until noon on Wednesday, January 4th.

*When applying, customers who have an MI Card will be required to enter the 10-digit customer number printed on it. Please note that prior registration of a Yahoo! JAPAN ID is required.
Even if you do not have an MI Card, those who apply via the URL below will be eligible for priority in the lottery.
(In that case, you will need the application number that will be sent to you after your application is complete.)

■Notes

• Admission tickets do not guarantee the purchase of any merchandise.
・Only one application per person is allowed.
Please note that if it is discovered that one person has applied for multiple slots, all applications will be invalidated.
Please ensure that you complete the procedures by the respective deadlines.
If you miss the deadline, you will not be eligible for the lottery or admission.
- You will receive an email with your entry order, entry time, and meeting place after 6:00 PM on Wednesday, January 4th.
■ Requests regarding admission

Please prepare items 1-3 below in advance before entering the venue.
1. A government-issued photo ID for identity verification on the day of the event (one of the following: driver's license, resident registration card with photo, special permanent resident certificate, passport, residence card, My Number card, or disability certificate).
2. MI Card or MI Card application completion email
3. Please bring your smartphone capable of displaying your admission ticket. Please have your admission ticket ready to display before joining the queue.
Screenshots of the screen will not be accepted.
Please note that we cannot accept expired identification documents, copies or photographs of such documents, or multiple identification documents without a photograph.
Customers whose name does not match the name on their official photo ID or the name on the MI Card or the MI Card online application completion email screen will not be allowed to join the queue. Please be aware of this in advance.
Only customers who have already applied for an admission ticket via PassMarket will be admitted. (Accompanying guests will not be admitted.)
On the day of your appointment, please come to the designated location ( Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 6th floor, next to the Paul Smith staircase) by the scheduled time.
Depending on the crowd situation on the day, you may have to wait for a long time before entering. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are restricting entry and exit points.
During this period, we ask that you wear a mask at Isetan Shinjuku store to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
■ Requests regarding your purchase

・Purchase restrictions may be implemented depending on the number of applications. Please understand in advance.
・Entry will be limited to the customer who was selected in the lottery. Please note that lending or borrowing of the winning customer's smartphone is prohibited. If this is discovered, both customers will be refused service.
Depending on the crowd situation on the day, we may limit the time you can spend shopping.
We do not offer reservations.
Orders placed by phone, through Mitsukoshi Isetan Remote Shopping, and cash-on-delivery orders will be available starting January 10th (Tuesday).
Please note that quantities are limited, and we apologize if an item is out of stock.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.
Due to anticipated crowds during the event period, please refrain from making inquiries about stock availability.

If you do not agree to any of the above requests, we reserve the right to refuse your purchase.

[Business Hours during the Year-End and New Year Holidays]
Isetan Shinjuku Store will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, December 31st. The event hall on the 6th floor of the main building will be open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the food section on the basement floor of the main building will be open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Please note that our store will be closed on January 1st (Sunday/public holiday).
Our New Year's sale begins on January 2nd (Monday, substitute holiday) at 10:00 AM and we will be open until 7:30 PM.
