A fitting session with Ichiro Suzuki, the first Japanese cutter at Henry Poole, a tailor on Savile Row in the UK, and a currently trending designer based in Paris, will be held. Made to Measure on the 5th floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building will feature Mr. Suzuki and will take place over two days, August 11th (Saturday) and 12th (Sunday).

Originally from Osaka Prefecture, Mr. Suzuki studied at the London College of Fashion and then completed a Master's degree in Menswear at the Royal College of Art's Fashion Department. While still a student, he worked as a cutter at Henry Poole, and in 2012, he won the Grand Prix in the fashion category of "ITS (International Talent Support) 2012," one of Europe's largest fashion competitions, making him a promising talent for the future.

Mr. Suzuki currently works as part of the men's design team at a French fashion house. The suits he tailors combine the masculine style of Savile Row, the mecca of bespoke menswear, with a modern and elegant Parisian sensibility, resulting in a fresh and distinctive look that is uniquely his own.

In addition to fabrics from the prestigious British merchant "HARRISONS of EDINBURGH," recommended by Mr. Suzuki, this fitting event will also feature a limited quantity of "Escorial Wool," a special fabric hailed as the jewel of fibers and boasting specifications that surpass cashmere. This fabric, with its raw wool fibers of approximately 13 microns and a combination of cashmere-like smoothness and plump elasticity, can be ordered starting from 237,600 yen per suit (delivery: approximately 5 weeks later).
