RUI YOSHIDA'S FAVORITE ①
"The aroma of wheat goes well with beer. The bread also makes a nice snack."

This bread combines two types of pull-apart bread: one with green olives and semi-dried tomatoes, and the other with pepper bacon and onions. A portion of the dough uses fragrant roasted wheat germ.

Yoshida : Yeah. The beer is a little sweet and has a nice flavor. The bread dough is softer than I expected, and it's moist and easy to eat. This is a perfect match, isn't it? I especially love olives, so I'm a sucker for anything with them in it. The ingredients are like snacks, and it really feels like bread made to go with alcohol.
Kanaya's bread is more like a snack or appetizer than a meal.
Yoshida: It's good when it's something that can be enjoyed as a snack (laughs).
Kanayaji 's pairing is also an Alesmith IPA, and a bread called "Keema Curry Pull-Apart Bread," which you should also tear apart like pull-apart bread.
The spiciness of the NEXT curry and the flavor of the IPA go perfectly together.
