From December 26th (Friday) to February 3rd, 2026 (Tuesday), BURBERRY will open a pop-up store at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 1F Promotion, where they will launch the "Gabardine Capsule," featuring the brand's iconic gabardine material, ahead of its global release.
Gabardine Capsule
This collection celebrates gabardine, an innovative material invented by Thomas Burberry in 1879.
This collection is also inspired by the fact that the famous Antarctic expedition led by Shackleton wore BURBERRY gabardine.
Outerwear designed to protect you from bad weather features a custom-made Burberry iconic "Beachgrass" check lining. These items are complemented by a selection of knitwear and jersey pieces, each adorned with a label depicting a reinterpretation of a British landscape from the Burberry archives.
The collection's color palette of dune beige and thorn green embodies BURBERRY 's passion for nature and outdoor activities, and is reminiscent of the early outerwear hues found in the archive collection.
