My childhood experiences working in department stores are the foundation of my current customer service approach.

As a child, I enjoyed strolling through department stores, holding my grandmother's and mother's hands, and walking through each floor was my greatest pleasure. Having brothers, I naturally gravitated towards the men's floor as well. I still vividly remember the excitement I felt at the items and atmosphere I encountered there. Perhaps the desire to recreate that "excitement" in today's sales floor is the driving force behind my customer service, which aims to make customers' shopping experience enjoyable.

I guess you could say I have a pretty high level of empathy... I think my personality is naturally good at "finding the good in things." I also use this empathy in my private life; recently I've become hooked on K-POP, and influenced by the well-trained bodies and styles of the artists, I've started working out myself. When I'm assigned to a different department, I tend to naturally adapt my attire to the atmosphere of that floor, and I think it's a habit of mine to take everything as "my own problem."
I believe that this sensibility is reflected in my conversations with customers. I take the time to carefully draw out their background, needs, and concerns, and together we search for the best possible solution that is within our capabilities and doesn't put undue pressure on them. I strive to communicate in a way that treats the customer's concerns as my own, easing their anxieties and helping them move closer to the "ideal self" they want to be.
My sunglasses, chosen based on my personal color, are my best friend.
When you spend long periods of time indoors, you start to feel the glare of the lights more and more. So, I was looking for sunglasses with lighter lenses that I could wear naturally indoors, on the train during my commute, and at night, and I found BLANC 's "BM011," which has recently become my companion both at work and in my private life. The rims are made of acetate, and the bridge and temples are made of titanium. The crown panto shape, which is neither too round nor too angular, blends seamlessly with any outfit. I customized the frame to be clear gray and the lenses to be photochromic, changing from light gray to a purplish gray. Based on the results of my personal color analysis, I chose a pair that suited my skin tone and facial features.

My everyday style mainly consists of menswear-inspired, stylish clothing. I think this preference is largely due to the influence of growing up watching my mother confidently choose fashionable clothes at department stores when I was little. She looked so cool in chic leather suits, even at my entrance ceremony. Perhaps my admiration for my mother is what led to my current style.
Even stylish items can blend in naturally if you are mindful of "how to personalize them to reflect your own style." Eyewear, in particular, can drastically change your impression depending on the color you choose, so I highly recommend trying a personal color analysis at least once.
