[Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi] Raise a toast in the lush rooftop garden! A thorough report on the charms of the BBQ beer garden "Grill Terrace"


The Grill Terrace Nihonbashi, a summer-only beer garden located on the rooftop of the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi department store in Tokyo, will be open again in 2025. This place, where a pleasant early summer breeze blows through, is truly an oasis in the city.

This time, we interviewed Norio Nakano, the manager of "Grill Terrace Nihonbashi" and a BBQ specialist, to learn more about its appeal! He also taught us the secrets to delicious grilling using Weber grills, which originated in the United States, the home of BBQ.
