CARTHUSIA, a fragrance brand renowned among connoisseurs in Italy and Europe, will be holding a pop-up event at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 5th floor, Men's Tailored Clothing. We will be showcasing a variety of fragrances that evoke the liberating feeling of the Mediterranean, perfect for yourself or as a Valentine's Day gift. The event will run from January 31st (Wed) to February 13th (Tue).

Carthusia was founded in 1948 on the Italian island of Capri as a fragrance water factory. Its history began more than 600 years ago when monks on Capri noticed a sweet and mysterious fragrance emanating from the water in the flower vases that adorned the monastery.

Even today, Carthusia adheres to the ancient methods preserved by the monks of that time, from bottling to packaging of its products. As a fragrance kept strictly within the family, it was known as a "legendary fragrance" that was not generally available even within Italy until 2002.

This pop-up shop will feature a lineup of unisex fragrances.
The brand's signature fragrance, "Mediterraneo Eau de Parfum," blends the freshness of freshly picked lemon leaves with the comforting notes of green tea, creating a liberating scent reminiscent of a sunny Mediterranean sky. Starting with a crisp citrus and green tea aroma, it gradually transforms over time into a black tea-like scent and then a clean, refreshing white musk fragrance.

In addition, we offer a selection of fragrances made using flowers, fruits, and herbs harvested on the island of Capri, extracted and blended using traditional methods passed down through generations of monks.
