EYEVAN, a fashion eyewear brand founded in 1972 under the concept of "eyewear to wear," will be holding a promotion at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 8th floor, Isetan Men's Residence, from November 8th (Wed) to November 28th (Tue) to showcase its 2023 Autumn/Winter models.

Based on designs that express the refined elegance and serene culture of Japan, and rooted in meticulous craftsmanship, Eyevan infuses its products with a passion for the joy of wearing them as fashion items. Their products draw inspiration from antique eyewear designs and are produced through approximately 400 processes, combining the skilled handiwork of artisans in Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture, with machine-made components.

This new model in the "French Vintage" series is characterized by its edgy, thick front and extra-thick, wide temples. Based on the round panto frame, a well-known masterpiece within the "French Vintage" collection, this piece features a redesigned front with gradually increasing thickness, combined with temples that possess the unique atmosphere of vintage frames.
This model employs a unique riveting technique with hinges, taking Ivan's vision of French vintage style a step further as the next generation of vintage eyewear.

Based on Eyevan's only browline frame, the "DD-14," this model has been updated with a revised balance between the browline and lens components, and the material has been changed to titanium. The visible parts of the temple rivets and bridge components are faithfully reproduced from the original, while the parts hidden inside the browline feature a pattern that was popular in America in the past.
The temple design was newly created from scratch, drawing inspiration from American vintage styles.

Following the "E-0509" from the E-500 series, which became an icon of Eyevan, this is a combination frame with a soft rim. Its distinctive bridge is a newly reproduced version of the bridge from the "OF-10" released in the 1980s, created from a new mold.
The bridge, which has been stripped of its pattern from the front, has been updated in the Eyevan style by adding a pattern that connects the left and right rims to the top and bottom. The lenses are original CR39 2-curve lenses.

Named after the middle name of a famous person, this model is inspired by the frames he wore in behind-the-scenes photos of him with other celebrities during film shoots. This legendary frame is combined with a temple design that evokes the fashionable feel of 90s frames, expressed on the inside.
This model features original diamond embellishments on the temples, creating a timeless mixed style characteristic of Eyevan, with designs from the '60s and '90s expressed on the outside and inside. The lenses are original CR39 4-curve lenses.

The "Conner" model, a new addition to the "French Vintage" series, features a modern reinterpretation of the frame with a hydraulically pressed outline cut on the front. The lenses are original CR39 2-curve lenses.
