PEQUIGNET, which launched a project to revive "French manufacture" in 2004 and has become a leading independent French manufacture brand in the modern era, will be showcasing the "Attitude" timepiece, a limited edition of 100 pieces worldwide equipped with Pequignet's original movement "Calibre Initial," at the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building 5th Floor Watch Department from Wednesday, October 20th to Tuesday, November 2nd. This timepiece was released to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the revival of "French manufacture."

Pequignet was awarded the EPV certification label by the French government to companies with rare, long-standing traditional techniques or those possessing economic and cultural heritage, and was recognized as a French intangible cultural heritage company. In 2011, it debuted its own in-house research and development movement, "Calibre Royal," and has since established itself as a French manufacture brand.

The "Attitude" we're introducing today is a dress watch that embodies the understated elegance of a French manufacture, featuring a slightly smaller 39mm K18RG case, a cream-colored dial, and a dark gold-colored leather strap.

The Pequignet original movement "Calibre Initiale," featured in the "Attitude" model, is designed with the concept of an "orthodox movement" in mind, aiming to spread French watchmaking to the world.

The watch features the "Fleur-de-Lys," a symbol of France, at its center, and the rotor, inspired by the fountains of the Palace of Versailles, also expresses French character. The unified color scheme, the decorations in unseen places, and the handwritten serial number on the dial are just some of the elements scattered throughout that enhance the owner's satisfaction.
