BERLUTI 's creative director, Kris Van Assche, has collaborated with ceramic artist Brian Rochefort to create the Spring/Summer 2021 collection. The collection, which garnered attention at Paris Digital Fashion Week in July 2020, is now available at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 4th floor, Men's Luxury .

Chris Van Assche, an avid collector of ceramic art, felt a common theme between the work of influential ceramic artist Brian Rochefort and the sartorial tradition embodied by Berluti , leading to this collaboration.

This collection features items inspired by volcanoes and exotic plants, adorned with natural textures and vibrant colors. From shirts and cut-and-sew tops printed with Brian's artwork to three-dimensional knits that resemble ceramic art, the artistic expressions of both artists are beautifully fused within each item.

Chris Van Assche commented, "I feel that collaborating right now is an important way to create something new. As someone who is quite a ceramics enthusiast, I have always admired Brian's artistic expression and have been fortunate enough to own one of his pieces. I couldn't be more excited to express his vision through Berluti 's lens."

Furthermore, a video documenting the behind-the-scenes of the collaboration, which took place digitally between Chris's home in Paris and Brian's studio in Los Angeles, was screened online at Digital Paris Fashion Week on July 9, 2020.
