The dial, hand-finished by skilled craftsmen, is inspired by the bark of a large tree, a design that is a first for Grand Seiko. The dial, which conveys strength within its delicacy, brings a rich expression to the wrist. The striking red GMT hand points to the 24-hour bezel. The inner ring is painted in two tones to indicate day and night, so you can see at a glance whether the second time zone is day or night.
