While we can already hear people eagerly awaiting autumn, this time we'd like to introduce some items that will help you get through these scorching hot days.

For this memorable first installment, we visited "Tokoton-chan" in Shinjuku's Kabukicho district.
Just between us, this all-you-can-eat samgyeopsal restaurant is actually owned by a friend of mine from my university days.

Let's boost our energy by enjoying pork, packed with vitamin B, with refreshing vegetables. Since it's mainly an all-you-can-eat menu, it's great that you can have unlimited refills of not only the meat, but also the side dishes like namul, kimchi, and lettuce!
You can enjoy delicious samgyeopsal to your heart's content.
