Sunglasses are featured in the seasonal accessories and jewelry section on the 1st floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building . With approximately 15 brands available, from designer brands to classic eyewear brands, one of the store's attractions is the ability to compare and choose from a wide variety of designs and fits. In this seven-part series, we will introduce sunglasses recommended by stylists, brand by brand.

For our sixth installment, we're featuring sunglasses from Gucci . GUCCI was founded around 1921, but current designer Alessandro Michele is arguably the person who knows GUCCI best. His collections attract worldwide attention and become trends.
Looking at the collection, over 70% of the models are wearing eyewear, and given that he also oversees the design, this brand should be one to watch, not only for its clothing but also for its eyewear.

Sunglasses: Left/¥54,000, Right/¥46,440

The model on the left in the image features a striking design with a large, square double bridge. The combination of metal in the bridge and temples gives it a lightweight feel. The slightly downward-sloping top of the frame creates a vintage look that is characteristic of this brand.
The model on the right in the image features a striking Gucci web motif subtly placed on the frame. The large Boston shape makes it suitable for both men and women.

Sunglasses: Left/¥45,360, Right/¥36,720

The model pictured on the left features a large, simple Wellington-shaped design. For the first time on a men's model, the brand's iconic "star rivet" is placed on the temples, resulting in a truly iconic pair of glasses.
Next, the model on the right in the image is inspired by the 80s and features a striking vintage-style form. The slender temples and the gold-plated brand logo on one of the temples create a rich and sophisticated profile.

In addition to clear UV-cut lenses, you can also choose from gradient and mirrored lenses, with a selection of colors rarely seen elsewhere.
