POWER OF THE SUMMER – The Feast of Pairing: Beer x Bread

"Pairing" is the art of combining different elements to bring out the best in each other's aromas and flavors. From unexpected pairings to classic combinations, we introduce three pairings confidently recommended by the staff of Isetan's food floor. Make your relaxing time even more luxurious with the marriage of food and drink.

Pairing 1. A pair that complements each other, a pair that falls in love with wheat.

Beer x Bread


The coriander flavor enhances the deliciousness of the wheat.

This dough, made with dark beer, is kneaded with approximately 30% walnuts and prunes. The more you chew, the more the flavor unfolds.

An unfiltered Belgian-style pale ale. It boasts a refreshing citrus aroma from coriander seeds and two types of orange peel.

A baguette baked with smoked cheese, black pepper, and crushed almonds. The rich, savory aroma of the cheese and the saltiness make it the perfect snack bread.
