Tashiro, editor-in-chief of Isetan Men's Net, appeared in a style that combined his usual shirt look with a similarly colored haori jacket worn like a summer coat, and a pop-style yukata with three-color stripes. "I'm not familiar with traditional Japanese clothing, so I had the impression that it would be difficult, but just by layering a haori jacket over my usual outfit, I was able to get a taste of Japanese style. I also thought that yukatas, including how to wear them, would be more formal, but they can be easily thrown on over a band-collar shirt, and are easier to wear than I thought. It's definitely worth trying!" said Tashiro.

Ide from the editorial department appeared in a yukata that she had made herself at Y&Sons two years ago. "Today I added a haori to my yukata to give it a more formal feel, but I like that it doesn't feel stiff and more like something I've enjoyed. I also layered the Enshu (Hamamatsu) hand-woven haori over the Western clothes, long belt and sneakers I was wearing today to express a fusion of Japanese and Western styles, and I was able to wear it without feeling out of place. The texture of the hand-woven material is smooth to the touch and really suitable for summer," she said.
