A limited edition model that is sure to sell out at the Tokyo Marathon 2018 expo.

The design concept for the model that Ikeda ASICS will release exclusively for the Tokyo Marathon 2018 is "TOKYO, the city that never sleeps." The base color of the upper and insole is black, and the colorful word "TOKYO" is printed on it, creating the image of the neon lights that glow ecstatically in Tokyo at night.

Yusuke 's special edition running shoes are based on ASICS' flagship running shoes and come in three types, designed for runners aiming for 3, 4, or 5-6 hour full marathon times. If you wear them on the day of your run, ASICS staff will say "Thank you!"

Ikeda's "GEL-NIMBUS 20 TOKYO" is the 20th generation of Asics' renowned cushioning model, characterized by its comfortable running thanks to large GEL units in the heel and forefoot. A new upper structure provides even greater fit.
The "DYNAFLYTE 2 TOKYO" is a running shoe designed for speed, featuring the lightest midsole material in ASICS history. It utilizes "FlyteFoam" throughout the midsole, achieving both lightweight design and superior cushioning.
Furthermore, the "TARTHER JAPAN TOKYO" is a flagship model that caters to the needs of advanced runners, featuring the "DuoSole" which provides grip in various directions while running. The midsole uses "SpEVA," which combines excellent cushioning and responsiveness, and GEL is embedded in the heel.
