To all runners participating in the Tokyo Marathon 2018

The Ikeda Tokyo Marathon is a race where everyone can be the star. Of course, runners are the main characters, but those cheering and volunteering are also stars in the sense that they are helping to create the event. Seeing runners enjoying themselves makes you think, "Running is great!", so please come and cheer them on.

The Yusuke Tokyo Marathon involves a tremendous number of people in creating the event. And you can run through it with enjoyment and emotion from start to finish. I'm especially moved when everyone congratulates you with "Well done!" at the finish line! Whether you're running or cheering, I hope you enjoy the event to the fullest!
