Treat yourself this year to jeans, the foundation of your personal fashion style.(1/3)

What will this discerning buyer, who travels the world in search of new styles and items, choose as a "reward for himself" this year? -- Yamaura, the business clothing buyer on the 5th floor of Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building says, "In that case, let's go to the 7th floor!" and heads to Levi's®. He begins by talking about his childhood, saying, "The roots of my love for fashion are in denim..."

Head to Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 7th floor, to find your perfect pair of glasses.

Since taking over the 5th floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building , I've been wearing Italian brand stretch jeans that fade nicely and are comfortable from the start—what you might call "soft denim." But I wanted to wear "good denim" again, so this year I'm buying a pair of Levi's® for myself.

My love for fashion started with denim. My older brother loved denim, and when I was in middle school, there was a boom in vintage denim and sneakers. I couldn't afford them with my allowance, so I devoured Levi's® catalogs from cover to cover.

I first wore Levi's® when I was in my second year of junior high school; my parents bought me a replica of the "503BXX" at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building . After that, throughout my student years, I wore a vintage replica of the "551ZXX" with a zip fly.

Ever since Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 7th floor was renovated this fall, I've thought this Levi's® corner was great, and every time I come to see it, I think, "Levi's is the one for me."
