*To prevent confusion and problems at the store on Wednesday, March 13th, we will be conducting a pre-registration lottery online and will be using a lottery system for entry.
*Applications for the admission lottery on Wednesday, March 13th will be limited to MI Card Plus members only.

The following two items are required to apply for the admission lottery.

The lottery for entry will be held at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 3rd floor, Men's Designers section within the Mitsukoshi Isetan Remote Shopping App. Please apply via the Hermes entry lottery on March 13th.

② [MI Card Plus]
Please enter the 10-digit customer number printed on your MI Card Plus into the entry lottery application form.
*The card number (16 digits) will be invalid.
Even if you don't have an MI Card Plus, you can participate in the lottery by applying via the link below. (You will need the application number that will be sent to you after your application is complete.)

For those wishing to enter the venue for the sale on Wednesday, March 13th, please review the application guidelines before applying.

1. From the shop list, register the men's designer shop at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 3rd floor. *You can also register from here.

2. From the chat screen menu, select Hermes 3/13 Entry lottery and then answer the survey.
3. Application complete (Your application is complete once you have finished answering the questions.)

*The lottery results will be announced only to the winners. The entry time and meeting place for the day will be notified via chat on the Mitsukoshi Isetan remote shopping app between noon and 5pm on Sunday, March 10th.
*Please refrain from making inquiries regarding the lottery results.
*This is a lottery to determine the order of entry and does not guarantee the purchase of any products.
*If there are many people wishing to purchase an item, depending on your entry order, you may not be able to purchase the item you want.
*Entry and purchases are limited to the winning customer and one accompanying person, for a total of two people.
*Please bring a photo ID (such as a driver's license, My Number Card, passport, Basic Resident Register Card, Special Permanent Resident Certificate, or Residence Card) with you on the day of your appointment, as we will need to verify your identity.
*If you win, please allow ample time for your shopping and entry to the store, depending on the store's congestion. You may also have to wait, so please come with plenty of time to spare.
*We regret that we cannot allow winners to lend or borrow their smartphones. Winning confirmation via screenshots is not accepted. Please be sure to show the app screen.
*We regret that we cannot accept credit card use or payments from anyone other than the winning customer.
