Aconi, a luxury eyewear brand attracting attention within the industry.

Aconi is an eyewear brand that started operations in Switzerland in 2020 by Jeff Solorio and John Juniper, the founders of DITA. Paying homage to traditional techniques and craftsmanship cultivated over many years, they continue to push the limits of quality by carefully selecting the finest materials and employing the skilled techniques of Japanese craftsmen.

In particular, the frames, with their timeless and sophisticated designs that are sure to be cherished for years to come, feature finishes reminiscent of those found in high-end watches and writing instruments, boasting a level of craftsmanship that makes them a lifelong companion. No compromises are made in material selection; the nose pads utilize a unique lightweight ceramic material, while the frames employ the highest quality Japanese acetate and titanium, resulting in a comfortable fit.

Aconi "EUROPA" 85,800 yen

Aconi Eyewear Collection

"ARTEMIS"

Aconi "ARTEMIS" ¥85,800

The "ARTEMIS" is incredibly lightweight, like a feather, yet boasts a robust, full-titanium design. Influenced by the architecture of historical architect Robert Mallet Stevens, its design blends the curves of Art Nouveau with the clean lines of modernism.
Like the bold architectural styles of the time, the transition from the front to the temples is skillfully handled, highlighting the unique and refined hinges of the Aconi. The streamlined nose bridge reflects Stevens' rationality, while the powerful, tactile lines adorning the rims reflect his masterful technique of achieving maximum effect with minimal ornamentation.

"AKARI"

Akoni "AKARI" 110,000 yen

The "AKARI" model embodies the spirit of Gio Ponti, a master of Italian modern design. The masculine mid-century atmosphere and elegant tapered lines of the Pirelli Tower in Milan, a well-known work by Ponti, are beautifully reflected in the silhouette of the "AKARI."
Just like Ponti, the designers of Acconi apply an attractive press pattern to the titanium surface, a pleasant knurling to the temples, and exquisite, sophisticated decorations.

"VENUS"

Aconi "VENUS" 99,000 yen

"VENUS" was inspired by Marilyn Monroe's legendary scene in the 1953 film "How to Marry a Millionaire." In that film, she demonstrated that men are invariably attracted to women who wear glasses.
"VENUS" blends the bright, pop vibe of a Hollywood icon with a unique sensuality, offering a fresh interpretation of the classic cat-eye design. With its deeply sculpted acetate curves, bold outlines, and repeating dot matrix design on the titanium rim, this piece embodies the aesthetics of mid-century pop art.
