TOKYO LEATHER CLUB, a "Made in Tokyo" leather brand for leather enthusiasts, is produced by the magazine "Begin" in collaboration with a long-established leather factory. From Wednesday, May 18th to Tuesday, May 24th, a special edition belt from TOKYO LEATHER CLUB, born from a collaboration between "Begin" and Isetan Men's, will be available in a physical store at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 1F Leather Goods.

For this collaboration, we created belts using cordovan leather and Horween leather, which boast overwhelming recognition and durability that will impress leather enthusiasts. We commissioned a long-established factory in downtown Tokyo that has been supplying leather items to the Self-Defense Forces and police for many years, and the designer's ideas were brought to life through the wisdom and skills of experienced craftsmen.

The belt features a buckle-less design with a stud fastener, reducing the effort required to fasten and unfasten it for smoother wear. Furthermore, its balanced, clean, and minimalist design makes it a versatile piece that transcends the boundaries between formal and casual occasions. The "TOKYO LEATHER CLUB" stud button accent is another key feature.

Each model features three layers of leather bonded together, resulting in a beautifully finished edge that requires meticulous time and effort. Even the loops, usually attached with metal fittings, are hand-stitched using a special process, showcasing the attention to detail in these pieces.

Tokyo Leather Club 'Begin' x Isetan Men's Exclusive Belt

A studded belt made from the finest Japanese Alps cordovan leather, carefully tanned with natural tannins. Its beautiful, mirror-like finish and substantial texture, sometimes referred to as "glass leather," are irresistible. Available in two colors: black and dark brown.

This studded belt uses Horween's Chromexcel leather, which is arguably the finest leather available. It will become a personal piece as it gains character with use. Two models are available: one in Horween's signature Chromexcel leather (available in black and dark brown) and another in embossed leather (available in black and brown).
