DORMEUIL is holding a limited-time order fair at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store, offering approximately 5,000 types of outer fabrics to choose from, including cashmere, a rare material for down jack


A bespoke order fair for down jackets and bomber jackets from DORMEUIL, a luxury fabric brand from France, will be held from Wednesday, October 13th to Tuesday, October 26th at the men's event space on the 2nd floor of the main building of Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store.

You can order from a lineup of high-quality fabrics, including cashmere, which is unusual for the outer fabric of down jackets and bomber jackets, and the brand's signature "Tonic" fabric.

Both items can be ordered as a set with an outer garment, with trousers available from 85,800 yen .

DORMEUIL is said to be the world's oldest existing fabric merchant (trading company), and is known as a high-end fabric brand from France. It supplies fabrics to famous luxury brands and enjoys immense trust around the world. A bespoke program that reflects the philosophy of materials and fashion cultivated over its long history will be available at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store.

Down jackets allow you to choose the length (normal or long), lining, button and zipper design, while bomber jackets offer detailed customization options including length, shoulder width, waist, and sleeve length, as well as button size and rib color.

"Green Down" is made from down products that have been used once, collected domestically, and the down extracted from them is washed and restored in a Japanese factory.
Until now in Japan, down used in products was treated as disposable, but recognizing that down is a recyclable resource that can be used for over 100 years with proper care, the company established green down quality standards and aimed for continuous recycling.

Furthermore, down jackets are available in two options: "Green Down" and "French White Duck." "Green Down," being recycled down, is an environmentally conscious choice aimed at continuous recycling.


With approximately 5,000 types of outer fabrics to choose from, and a selection of 25 linings and bomber jacket buttons, you can create a garment that perfectly suits your individual style.
