EYEVAN, an eyewear brand founded in 1972 with the concept of "eyewear as clothing," will be holding a promotion at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 8th floor, Isetan Men's Residence, from June 30th (Wed) to July 27th (Tue).

Based on designs that express the refined elegance and serene culture of Japan, and rooted in meticulous craftsmanship, Eyevan infuses its products with a passion for the joy of wearing them as fashion items. Their products draw design inspiration from antique eyewear and are produced through approximately 400 processes, combining the handiwork of skilled craftsmen in Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture, with machine-made components.

Based on vintage frames passed down through generations at Eyevan, the "Johnston" model features a perforated bridge requiring advanced craftsmanship and temples inspired by vintage sterling silver pens. These two beautiful parts, crafted with the expert skills of Sabae's only artisan, are incorporated into a timeless Boston-shaped frame, resulting in a truly exceptional piece.

Inspired by 1950s browline frames, the new "Glen" features a thick browline and a thin 0.7mm titanium rim, creating a three-dimensional and deep frame. The temples, which draw design inspiration from rugged 1930s metal frames, are subtly adorned with intricate patterns. The rounded Boston shape gives this frame a soft and gentle impression.
