Breguet | New rose gold and blue dial titanium models join the "Marine" collection!

Founded in 1775,Breguet has been closely associated with the worlds of navigation and astronomy since its inception. Inheriting the lineage of high-precision marine chronometers that were being developed in the late 1700s, the "Marine " line was launched in 1990 as Breguet's sports watch line.

From the Marine collection, which has a background symbolizing the "spirit of exploration and conquest," comes a new addition. The Marine collection includes the simplest model, the 5517, with three hands and a date display; the 5527, equipped with a flyback chronograph; and the 5547, which combines an alarm function with a second time zone display. Each model will now be available in rose gold with a slate gray dial and titanium with a blue dial.

While Breguet's lineup often features classic-looking watches, the "Marine" collection embodies sporty elegance while retaining the company's design codes.

While retaining the traditional "Marine" features such as luminous Roman numerals and dot indices, faceted and luminous gold Breguet hands, and a subtly placed marine-motif center hand, the titanium model features a hand-finished sunburst dial in a sea-like blue hue. This deep blue color will express the wearer's intelligence and composure from their wrist.

The rose gold model, on the other hand, features a guilloché dial specially designed to reflect the collection's original concept. The contrast between the warm, deep rose gold case and the slate gray dial, adorned with guilloché engraving by craftsmen who have honed their skills at the Breguet Maison, gives it a different look from the titanium model, even though it's from the same collection.

Breguet's "Marine" collection truly embodies sporty elegance. With the addition of new pieces to the existing collection, the range of choices has expanded even further. This collection will be a welcome addition to our lives as casual attire becomes more prevalent.
