A bespoke order event for PANTALONAIO Osaku Hayato, supervised by Hayato Osaku, a leading Japanese trouser tailor who has become a familiar face at ISETAN MEN'S , will be held from March 18th (Wed) to 24th (Tue) at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 5th floor = Men's Tailored Clothing.


Hayato Osaku is a pioneer in the field of trouser making, a profession with virtually no predecessors. In his younger days, he repaired trousers from all over the world, and thoroughly absorbed the highest level of manufacturing techniques and the philosophy of auxiliary materials from veteran craftsmen overseas. His trouser making technique creates an "M" shape that beautifully wraps around the hips and joints, resulting in a comfortable fit. His bespoke trousers now have a one-year waiting list, demonstrating their immense popularity.

The Made-to-Measure line of the brand, overseen by Mr. Osaku, allows customers to have their requests fully reflected by having experienced fitters with extensive pattern knowledge and a wide range of adjustments handle everything from customer service to measurements. What sets it apart from typical bespoke tailoring is that a pattern is created specifically for each customer. This allows for a higher level of fit, such as being able to change the rise measurement, which is usually not adjustable, and altering the dimensions of the front and back panels. Furthermore, materials such as interlinings and buttons are developed in-house in collaboration with domestic manufacturers, pursuing the highest possible quality for trousers.




Following last September's event, this order event will feature a special selection of domestic vintage Katsuragi weave fabrics. The thick-count drill cotton is thick yet durable, soft, and comfortable to wear, and can be enjoyed as it ages with washing. Also noteworthy is the "actual fabric collection," featuring fabrics from Vitale Barberiscanonico (VBC) and Katsuri Woolen Mills of Bishu, which can only be found at this event. In addition, you can choose from new fabrics for this season from fabric swatches mainly from Italy, England, and Japan.

In addition to regular sizes, we can also accommodate larger sizes, and we invite you to experience the unique pleasure of custom-made shoes by choosing from a variety of options such as beltless, button fly, and buckle.
