Port Ellen and Brora

Shimaji : "Port Ellen and Brora are distilleries that closed in 1983, and are recognized by whisky enthusiasts as legendary whiskies."

There are rumors that it will be revived soon. It's extremely rare, so it's inevitably expensive, but these two bottles are whiskies you should definitely try at least once.
At Salon de Shimaji, Port Ellen is available for 25,000 yen + tax, and Brora for 20,000 yen + tax.

Shimaji : "I was delighted to hear rumors of its revival. I'm really looking forward to seeing how close we can get to the original taste. I hope you all enjoy it too while you drink Port Ellen and Brora."
