Hello everyone. I'm Uematsu, the buyer in charge of Super Men's.
Another year has flown by, and before we know it, it's December. How are you all doing as we head towards the end of the year?

With numerous year-end parties and Christmas presents for your partner, this is a time of year when both the temperature and your wallet tend to get colder (lol), but to help you stay warm with just your everyday clothes, this time I've focused on duffel coats, which I'm personally interested in.
We will introduce two types: the classic, traditional version and a modern, evolved version.

Brooks Brothers
Melton duffel coat: 97,900 yen

Let's start with the classic duffel coat.
As you can see, this is a classic duffel coat that follows the details worn by European fishermen, but when Brooks Brothers, a giant of American traditional style, makes it, it's a little different.

Many people associate duffel coats with school uniforms and have a childish impression of them, but the softness of the material, the drape, and the details make this a duffel coat that is a cut above the rest.
This is a duffel coat that I highly recommend trying for anyone who hasn't worn one in a while!

Gloverall Duffle Coat ¥107,800 View Product

Next up is this one.
Please don't think, "Here it comes! It's the usual Gloverall!" (laughs).
Of course, it's a British brand synonymous with traditional duffel coats, but what we're introducing today is a little different from the classics!

Because it uses a padded polyester-blend cotton material instead of Melton wool, the weight, which was a drawback of duffel coats, has been wonderfully eliminated. If you're someone who thinks, "Just wearing a duffel coat is too much energy...", then you should definitely try this one.

While traditional items are often thought to be best suited for classic, standard outfits, this type of item seems surprisingly versatile in terms of styling!
For example, by deliberately pairing it with wider pants, you can avoid leaning too much towards a traditional style and broaden your styling options.

First, come see it in store, try it on, and experience its evolution for yourself.

Next, as is customary, we'll introduce some restaurants located near Shinjuku.

This time, it's just a 1-minute walk from Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building !!
This is Canal, a long-established restaurant specializing in French home cooking.

French restaurants often have an image of being intimidating, but this one has a warm, homey atmosphere that makes it easy to drop in.
After visiting Isetan Shinjuku, how about a casual yet slightly luxurious lunch or dinner?
Both offer the best value for money in the Shinjuku area!

This is a top-notch store that all of us at Super Men's can wholeheartedly recommend!!
