From Wednesday, July 31st, FACTOTUM, the brand designed by Koji Udo, will be holding a promotion at the Men's Contemporary section on the 6th floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building . During this period, Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building will offer limited-edition items and pre-release items, as well as the latest Fall/Winter 2019 collection.


Factotum, with its concept of "a deep passion for denim and a fusion of high fashion and real clothes," continues to propose a wardrobe based on tailored, workwear, and military styles. The brand creates clothing inspired by the people, landscapes, and atmospheres encountered during travels around the world.

The theme for the Fall/Winter 2019 collection is "omnibus." Inspired by the 2003 American film "Coffee and Cigarettes," directed and written by Jim Jarmusch, elements of the "shabby chic look," which emerged in the 1980s as an antithesis to luxury-oriented trends, are incorporated into each item.

During the event, the latest Fall/Winter 2019 collection will be showcased. At Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building , shirts and overdyed bag series made with Thomas Mason fabrics, available for a limited time during the promotion, as well as handmade denim wreaths, will be on display. The handmade wreaths, made with indigo-dyed and black-dyed chambray fabrics, are sustainable items that utilize leftover fabric scraps from a denim factory in Okayama.

Furthermore, a pre-release of the Classico Wool Suit will also be held. The double-breasted jacket features a classic herringbone fabric with metal buttons, and the relaxed tapered silhouette trousers have a drawstring at the waist for added comfort. The result is a comfortable suit with a modern touch.
