Since its renovation this spring, the "ART UP" gallery space on the 2nd floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building has been attracting increasing attention. Currently, under the title "THE BOTANIC GARDENS," the gallery space is exhibiting works by three young artists who develop their art using plants and trees as motifs. This time, we interviewed the three unique artists exhibiting their work: AZU KIMURA, Saori Ohwada, and Ginkgo Sisters. We asked them about a wide range of topics, from what inspired them to express art through plants to their future visions.
