Otsuka Shoe Co., Ltd., Japan's oldest shoe factory, where the skills of craftsmen have been passed down for 150 years, will be holding a custom order event from Wednesday, March 27th at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building B1F = Men's Shoes.

Since its founding, this brand has thoroughly researched the feet of Japanese people and has supported the feet of businessmen for many years, not only in formal settings. Its distinguishing feature is the elegant atmosphere exemplified by its bespoke line crafted by skilled artisans. In addition to the high level of technical skill honed over many years of experience, the beautiful shoes that incorporate a sense of aesthetics continue to captivate customers.


This order event offers two options: "Half Measure," which utilizes five types of ready-made shoe lasts and adjusts them to fit the customer's feet; and "Bespoke," which allows you to create a one-of-a-kind pair of shoes, from measurements and the creation of an original last to the design and materials, allowing you to choose anything from luxurious to simple.

On Sunday, March 31st, during the event period, Naoaki Iwai, a senior shoe concierge from Otsuka Shoe Co., Ltd., will also be visiting the store, offering a special opportunity to experience the meticulous fitting techniques he has cultivated over many years of experience.
