A "minimalist wallet" that retains all the functions of a wallet.

Comono Minimal Wallet ¥10,800

Fukuda: The mini-sized one in front of me feels more and more comfortable in my hand the more I touch it.

In front of Ms. Inami Fukuda is a "minimalist wallet." It's a wallet that "minimizes the functions of a wallet," and it can hold bills, coins, and cards. The Comono minimalist wallet that Ms. Fukuda is holding has a compartment on the outside for cards, a coin purse when you open the flap, and a design that allows you to fold and tuck bills in between.

Fukuda: "It fits everything, but it's small," which is great! I like to carry fewer things, so I want to put coins in my wallet too. The part that holds the external cards is made of rubber, and I like the hybrid feel of the main leather and rubber. How much is this?

The Inami wallet is 10,000 yen (excluding tax). I think it's just right for use as a secondary wallet. My favorite minimalist wallet is the Brooklyn all-leather x all-black one. The size is exactly like a card case, and it can hold bills, cards, and coins. The sample was also well-received by women.

Fukuda: Women usually put their wallets in their bags, so having a mini-sized one like this would be nice. I've finally found the smallest wallet I've been looking for, to use as a backup to my usual L-zip wallet, so I'm going to buy it! It's reasonably priced at 10,000 yen, and I think it would be popular with women too.

Minimalist wallets are available from 3 different brands.
