--When you hear the themes "SOUL CAMP" and "HIP HOP," what kind of picture do you imagine drawing?

 "I haven't really thought about it yet, but since this time it's four large canvases, I think I'll do some preparation beforehand. The painting I did for the previous adidas project 'CREATOR'S COLLECTIVE' was also huge, so I was glad I had that experience (laughs)."


 --Please tell us about your enthusiasm for performing a "live painting" in an unusual environment like Isetan Shinjuku.


 "When I'm drawing, I'm basically not really influenced by the environment or the client. I don't think I get nervous easily, so I'd like to be able to draw as I normally would."


 --What aspects of your work would you like customers to see?

"I want people to see my serious face (laughs). My friends usually tell me I'm kind of absent-minded, but when I'm drawing, I'm actually pretty serious about it (laughs)."
