"Imperial Alpaca" finally becomes a commercial product—The Inoue Brothers' craftsmanship continues to evolve and deepen.

THE INOUE BROTHERS, renowned worldwide for their knitwear that blends the sophistication honed in their Danish birthplace with the delicate touches of Japan, utilize high-quality, finely spun "Supreme Royal Alpaca" and undyed "Natural Black Baby Alpaca." Their latest creation, a testament to their relentless pursuit of innovation, is a white sweater made from the incredibly fine alpaca wool, "Imperial Alpaca."

The amazing qualities of high-quality knitwear: more than just rarity and sustainability.

The Inoue Brothers succeeded in creating "Supreme Royal Alpaca" through a strong connection with the Pacomarca Alpaca Institute, established to improve the quality of alpaca wool and to support the lives of indigenous alpaca producers living in the Andes Mountains of Peru, South America. Also, the "Natural Black Baby Alpaca," which was created as a capsule collection exclusive to Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building is still fresh in our memories.

However, it seems they have easily surpassed that level with their own hands. The "Imperial Alpaca" that will be released this fall achieves an extraordinary level of quality. The raw fibers are incredibly fine, at approximately 16 micrometers. It's astonishing that this is only about one-fifth the thickness of an average human hair.

This release features three types of sweaters—a shawl collar, a turtleneck, and a crewneck—all luxuriously crafted from "Imperial Alpaca." Each piece combines authentic design with meticulously crafted, beautiful patterns, the brand's signature leather details, and above all, the exquisite sheen and meltingly soft texture created by the finest alpaca wool. With proper care, these timeless, genuine luxury items can be cherished for decades to come.
