"I usually prefer a relaxed style of clothing, and I often wear shorts in the summer. I like these shorts because they take classic suit fabric and deliberately incorporate it into a street-style design, and I appreciate that they're easy to wear in real life," says Ayumu Matsuoka, Assistant Buyer at International Creators on the 2nd floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building .


The coach jacket and shorts are made from suit fabric, giving the overall look a classic feel. The shorts, the star of this collection, are also characterized by the incorporation of street-style details throughout, such as the buckle belt and the raw-cut hem.

"This coach jacket, cutoff shorts, and oversized T-shirt were recently released as part of the Fall/Winter 2018 pre-collection. It's a casual set, and the sneakers are my own. I've deliberately created a slightly dorky look by pairing knee-length shorts with sports socks."
I'd love to go museum hopping in this outfit. I don't like the heat (laughs), so it would be nice to relax somewhere with air conditioning."
