"If I'm going to entrust it to a professional, I want to rely on them completely!" Please tell me how to have a good relationship with a dry cleaner.
When we send our clothes to the dry cleaners, it's not just to remove stains and wrinkles, but also because some people do it to preserve the original texture and feel of their clothes for as long as possible.
"Clothing materials are evolving year by year, with a wide variety of options including blended fabrics. When you request dry cleaning..."
"Which part of the garment do you want to remove the dirt from, or which part has the stain?"
"What kind of finished product are you looking for?"
It would be helpful if you could provide us with detailed information. We first follow the care label, but we will estimate the condition of the collar shape and decorations such as frills based on the tailoring and finish them accordingly. Also, please bring down outerwear with the fur hood attached. For suits and other matching sets, the texture and color may gradually change depending on the frequency of cleaning, so it is easier for us to maintain their condition if you bring them together."
Let's take another look at the updated "laundry symbols"!
As mentioned in an article on Isetan Men's Net in 2016 , laundry symbols changed in 2016. New symbols were introduced, the variety of symbols increased, and the symbols became more detailed. Since they provide hints for keeping clothes clean whether you wash them with water or dry clean them, make it a habit to check the laundry symbols first when you buy an item.

Hakuyosha was founded in 1906 by Kenji Igarashi and is celebrating its 112th anniversary this year. Igarashi began researching dry cleaning in the year of the company's founding and opened Japan's first dry cleaning factory the following year, 1907. He is known as the "pioneer of dry cleaning." Igarashi's life is chronicled in Ayako Miura's book "Evening and Morning" (Shinchosha Bunko, published in 1987), and it is said that his 10 years of experience working at the then Mitsui Gofukuten (now Mitsukoshi) before founding the company led to innovative services such as visiting customers.
