Watanabe, who was formerly a member of the Isetan rugby team and played for the Japanese national sevens team during his university days, is currently 184cm tall and weighs 90kg. Buyer Yosuke Imaizumi answers his question about choosing clothes, as he admits to gaining a little weight recently.

During my university days, I wore a size 50, and from my late 30s until now, I've worn a size 52. However, when I tried on a size 54 suit at Supermens this time, I was surprised at how comfortable it was.
What did you like about Imaizumi ?
Watanabe: I've gained a little weight recently, and I thought "size 52 is a bit tight," but when I tried on size 54, the way the jacket fits my shoulders is great, and the shape is better than the size 52 suit. The pants are also well-made, with a nice fit around the thighs and calves.
Imaizumi's physique has definitely changed since she was younger, hasn't it?


Compared to my time at university, my waist has gotten bigger, my chest size remains the same, and my legs have gotten thinner. When I was playing rugby, the top priority when choosing clothes was simply being able to wear them, and I thought, "They don't even have my size." So when I tried on clothes at Super Men's, they had my size, and I found designs I liked, so I'm very satisfied with both the size and the design.
