A limited-time Hermès boutique featuring the latest men's ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, and accessories has opened on the 1st floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building . A large sign next to the entrance displays Hermès' 2018 annual theme, "À VOUS DE JOUER!", which translates to "Now it's your turn!". Embrace Hermès' message—"May this year be a playful one for you..."—and enjoy the sporty yet elegant styles of this spring and summer!

The display window on the first floor of Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building next to the main entrance, is designed to evoke the feeling of a sporty game, with the trajectory of a flying ball, as if to show Hermès' "À VOUS DE JOUER!" in motion. Moving from there to the limited-time boutique, the white-based interior, which highlights the key spring/summer colors placed throughout, evokes the bright, clear light of early summer.

As you stroll around the store, you'll notice a large table modeled after the balance game Jenga, motifs of "MIKADO" (Emperor), a table game using bamboo sticks that everyone in France has played, and belt displays that resemble dart targets.

The story behind the "Bolide 1923 Baseball" bag, exclusively available at Isetan.

The eye-catching "Bolide 1923 Baseball" bag, featuring bold baseball stitching, is based on a historical piece designed in 1923. In 1917, when Emile-Maurice Hermès, the third president of Hermès, traveled to the Americas, he encountered the zippers used in car convertible tops and brought the rights to the zippers back to Europe.

The Bolide was the first bag in the world to use that zipper, and to add this year's theme of "playfulness" to that historic bag, the Bolide 1923 Baseball features baseball stitching.

In addition to the "Bolide 1923 Baseball" bag, which will be exclusively available at Isetan, this limited-time boutique will also feature other highlights such as the "City Slide" series of large crocodile messenger bags.
