Slowgun Jacket 51,840 yen
Creation = A skillful blend of 90s "Shibuya casual" style.
As a prime example of creativity, I'd like to introduce the remade denim jacket from SLOWGUN. The base is a sample made for an exhibition, and the zippered front is a detail unique to designer Kobayashi. Furthermore, the vintage knit used for the sleeves is from an American brand that was extremely popular during the heyday of Shibuya casual style in the 90s. It's essentially a Japan-US collaboration.
For those in their 40s and 50s, it evokes a sense of nostalgia, while for those in their 20s and 30s, it offers a fresh and unique feel—a truly "ONE OF A KIND" piece. It's a one-of-a-kind item that skillfully blends the idea that "if an object has strong inherent qualities, shining a light on it from different angles can transform a single product into something with diverse and valuable qualities."
